I just spent a night here and it was the most terrible experience I've had, I' d booked a non smokers room, when I got there the smell was so strong my clothes still smell like smoke, the linens and tables were burnt, when I went to the reception and asked nicely to be changed to the non smokers room I had booked the guy got very agressive, told me I had to stay in the smoky room or leave (at midnight! ) I ultimately had to stay there with my windows open so I was shivering of cold...I slept maybe an hour and got a bad headache from the super strong cigarrete smell (people were also smoking in the room next to mine)
