La habitación están ok, no incluye desayuno y aparte son caros. Están bien ubicados con varios lugares pra comer cerca y urbanos (camiones) que te llevan al centro o también caminando.
The room is ok, does not include breakfast and apart from that they are expensive. They are well located with several places to eat nearby and urban (trucks) that take you to the center or also on foot.

Cozy place and located in a good point of connection to public transport if you want to use it and get to the center, diversity of accommodation, clean, comfortable and welcoming... Only the night shift with the manager was friendly, for the other shift the night with a girl, was indifferent.

No es bueno hacer reiteraciones ya que no repetan la habitación acordada. Tampoco es bueno pagar por anticipado todo los días que estarán hospedado ya que al hacer el servicio a la habitación se les olvida poner toallas o las almohadas
It is not good to make repetitions since they do not repeat the agreed room. It is also not good to pay in advance for all the days that they will be staying since when they do the room service they forget to put towels or pillows

A basic hotel with all you may need. I'm giving 3 starts because where other owners abandon the hotel this is well maintained but the staff? OMG!!! Check-in was fast but we wanted to extend our stay, the guys in the afternoon cannot modify reservations so they were supposed to put a note in the log so the personnel in the morning make our reservation, I mean, really? Next morning the lady in the front desk had no idea what we were talking about, long story short we had to go to another Hotel. Yes, the rooms are tiny, but they are well illuminated and have details obviously aimed to make your stay comfortable like a small table, a chair that can hold you, the closet doors are not falling apart, there's air conditioning, you won't find courtesy coffee but at least the TV is big and the Wi-Fi speed is fairly good. BTW and this is hilarious, the restroom's window goes directly to the hallway so if you're a gentleman doing your business standing up, be polite and say hello to people passing by, LOL The parking lot doors are maintained closed at night which is good but controlled remotely, no security guard, so if you are arriving at, say, 11pm you'll have to get off your car, call them by the intercom and they will let you in. Fortunately the area seems secure so it's not big deal just do not forget to close the pedestrian door behind you. Talking about the area, there are tons of options to eat, from sport bars to taco places, sea food restaurants or Italian, local small inns (fonditas) and Irish pubs and yes, several Tlayuda places, I LOOOOVE THEM! There are three OXXO near which is the main convenience store in Mexico (like seven eleven), also two hospitals, a gas station and a drug store so your covered for any emergency. This is Oaxaca, enjoy!

The rooms and hotel are fine overall. There's no elevator which was fine for us, but can be an inconvenience for others. All rooms had a wall mounted A/C unit, however, it does not really ever get cold, but moreorless acts as a fan. We did find some small critters in our room, but that's likely due to us leaving our window open. ?

The staff was extremely accommodating and friendly. The rooms were clean on the most basic level, but
