Nice, new, clean rooms. Nice showers. Comfortable clean bed. Super nice for the price!

A very eclectic place. It seems like an old building that is in the process of being renovated with quite beautiful details, is fare to say that has been nicely done. Very comfortable, cozy and clean, with very helpful staff

Torn with this review... beautiful clean modern hotel... BUT ... we had the room right next to the reception (101) and we kept hearing the staff laughing and speaking loudly all night... i would return but, i would ask for a room on the 2nd floor as far from the stairs as possible... The staff was sweet and helpful...

Really cool place, the price is amazing and the hotel is really good. It is new and the room is pretty big. The girl at the reception was very nice and friendly and gave us advice about the area.

DONT GO HERE! Our stay was an absolute nightmare. At first, on arrival, they could not find our booking. In stead of helping us the receptionist started helping another group leaving us uninformed at the lobby. Finally after 30 mins they found our booking. But the worst is yet to come.... when we went to bed a big group started partying in the lobby and the room next to us... and they never stopped till our check out. The noise was so loud that we did not close our eyes for 1 second. We decided to leave early in the morning. Still having drunk and partying people all around us. Since we did not sleep we requested our money back. But all of the sudden the receptionist couldn’t speak English and the manager couldn’t be reached. In the meamwhile things got so worse that they finally (at 08:00 in the morning!!!)called the police. The group started to blame us for this and started treating us. It was so scary that we decided to go. The hotel staff did not do a thing and we rather got safe than waiting 1 more minute to get our money back. We are really disappointed :((( Luckily the rest of México is great!!!!

If you are going to another place and u would like to stay for a night or 2 nights, this is the place, why not 3 nights, it's too hot the area, even when they have Air conditioner inside, you would like to go to swim, and they nearest place to go swimming is like 20 minutes. They have in the mornings a continental breakfast included. ?? Es un lugar muy cómodo a 5 minutos caminando al malecón, como unos 500 metros para ser más exacto. Cómodos y moderno, además buena atención y desayuno continental incluido.

Newer hotel in Cheutumal with great staff and good rates. I was headed to Belize and stayed for one night. The ladies at the front desk were great and very helpful. The rooms are very clean and well maintained. The bed was comfy and mattress was new. I recommend this hotel for short stays.
