★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una chulada de lugar muy bien localizado, accesible y tiene excelente recibimiento. La cama es comoda y espaciosa, el baño y la regadera es normal y el espacio es suficiente.
 A cool place very well located, accessible and has an excellent reception. The bed is comfortable and spacious, the bathroom and shower is normal and the space is sufficient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hace un mes, estuve en este increíble lugar y digo increíble porque el personal (Perla y maría) fueron super amables y lindas, siempre atentas a nuestras peticiones, tan lindas que hasta nos ayudaron a mi y a mi novio a conseguir cervezas un lunes a las 10 de la noche!
Haa y por ultimo: el concepto de las habitaciones está muy cool, todo super limpio tienen una terraza donde puedes subir a tomarte fotos donde de fondo tienes la parroquia san miguel arcangel (de noche se ve muy bonito).
Si algún día regreso a este hotel será por la amabilidad y eficiencia de Perla y maría hacen un trabajo increíble!!
PD: El día de mi check Out deje un abrigo que no iba a utilizar espero y alguna de ustedes dos les haya servido ??
A month ago, I was in this amazing place and I say amazing because the staff (Perla and Maria) were super nice and nice, always attentive to our requests, so nice that they even helped me and my boyfriend get beers on a Monday at 10 pm!
Haa and finally: the concept of the rooms is very cool, everything super clean they have a terrace where you can go up to take photos where in the background you have the San Miguel Arcangel parish (at night it looks very nice).
If one day I return to this hotel it will be because of the kindness and efficiency of Perla and Maria, they do an incredible job!!
PS: The day of my check out I left a coat that I was not going to use and I hope one of you two has served you ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Things Hotel Urbano does not do: have a sign outside so you would know that it's the Urbano, have full time staff, clean your room, bother picking up the previous occupants dirty cloths on the floor, changing the sheets, having any staff at the hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location, clean, easy check in and out. Parking not on site, so be prepared to carry luggage about block and a half. Not a big deal considering where you're staying.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There has been incredibly loud construction with loud banging and all kinds of work going on the entire week I’ve been here. The owner lied to me and said it would stop after the first day. It has not stopped. Then they moved me to another room and there was no hot water. Most of the rooms have no heat as well so they are freezing. The front desk attendant is very kind but speaks no English and disappears for hours at a time when you need help with something. Basically there is zero management going on here and the owner has no experience in hospitality.
