Fatal! We booked in an app and when we got to the place it was in remodeling (obviously in the app they did not mention it). The air conditioning was not working, there was no telephone line or internet. The person in reception did not mention any of the above either. They were our last days of vacations and the idea was to relax in a place that had all the services and far from that, we just had a bad time.
