It's not an awful place, but very misleading if you book it from Expedia.

The concept and remote location is ideal for anyone wishing a quiet and relaxing getaway. The view is wonderful and worth being a few minutes outside the town center. The rooms include a kitchen and bathroom and if you stay in an upstairs room, you have a lovely balcony, hammock included! The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. The only reason for not giving a 5-Star rating is there are some details that need addressing, such as the common area furnitures - pool area, garden area, etc. Also, the fridge, when plugged in is quite noisy. But, other than that, I would definitely stay here again!

Complicated to rate this hotel, it's very nice, no doubt, very nice views, the cooker cooks very good, rooms are mostly clean, the terrace is very nice and comfortable, the surroundings are very quiet, people working there are very nice and they try to help all the time. What I didn't like, it's very far away from the city center (20 minute drive), the street to get there is very bad, the fridge was very dirty and if not then very old and looked dirty. The kitchen is not functional (is already explained at the hotel details, no question) so why is it there? The door in the bathroom can't be closed from inside. Some details in the bathroom like paint could be retouched. The toilet could be nicer if we are paying so much already over 7000 pesos for 2 nights. The swimming pool was very disappointing, the paint on the ground is very old, the water is very cold, the Jacuzzi water could be clearer, for my perception a little bit dirty. The breakfast included is just sweet bread, fruit and coffee (for the price? Seriously?). Carpets on the sleeping room could be better, it looked old/dirty, not sure. No hairdryer on the room.

For the price, I expected more. The pictures of the rooms are misleading - its more like a "hut" than a "villa". You will probably have to kill a few insects inside of your room by the end of the night. The road to get to the hotel is rough but passable. The view and the common area, however, is spectacular. The restaurant's food was average but the service was excellent

Absolutely perfect! The place is just magic, service is great, staff is amazing and the food is delicious! I wouldn't change a thing! Besides its pet friendly!! Kudos to the owners and staff! Thank youuu
