★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service is awful, and the fourth star was probably obtained because of the chef which does cook great breakfast. But other than the breakfast the place is old and pretentious, yet not trying hard to provide proper service nor accommodations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel is misleading in its photos versus what you actually see. Smells moldy, it is very outdated, expensive in comparison to other offerings in the city and an overall uncomfortable experience was received personally when trying to leave the hotel due to the very unsanitary and uncomfortable room.
I had to it for another hotel and on top of that was charged by this hotel.
OVERALL BAD EXPERIENCE
Don’t stay here. The second hotel in which we stayed a few blocks away and which we will review separately was a very good option. Stay at Misión Ciudad Valles Hotel as a second option (completely opposite experience)

- Beautiful ambiente.
- Friendly service.
- Private parking lot.
Cons :
- I can hear outside noise through the window blinds of the room.
- The breakfast buffet is just OK. There are 3 hot meals(beans, egg with lots of eggshells and a mexican food) , 1 fruit, toast, juice and coffee.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is really beautiful. Its very fancy and old fashioned. It has many plants which make it look beautiful. The rooms are nice but they could work on the bed comfort because the beds are kind of hard but easy to sleep on. Tge service is very nice they attend you very quickly whenever you need anything or have a problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT stay in this hotel on a Saturday night. They host late night events and music is too loud. We ended up changing rooms at 3 AM. A completely nightmare and the worst part is that the staff at the front desk was just not able to do anything. Terrible experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rooms weren't really clean, especially the beds! Only one towel per person in the room. The pool is really dirty and full of seaweed. The breakfast offers no choice. The staff is unfriendly and the service is slow. The wifi barely works.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is very nice, the food from the restaurant also has good quality, unfortunately they don’t care about the pool since this one was totally dirty (water was white and was not possible to see the floor of the pool), the price was high in my opinion for what you receive. During Saturdays they made parties events, so is difficult to sleep well.
