★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amables las encargadas, todo muy limpio habitaciones con clima tv internet cuatro albercas dos chapoteaderos y dos normales camastros palapa para descansar un poco áreas verdes para relajarte regaderas antes de entrar a tu habitación tambien las instalaciones bien estacionamiento sin costo
 The managers are friendly, all very clean rooms with climate tv internet four pools two wading pools and two normal palapa loungers to rest a little green areas to relax showers before entering your room also the facilities well parking at no cost

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un hotel que acostumbraba visitar por sus áreas verdes, también te familiar y un excelente servicio pero está última ves, me doy cuenta que hay nueva administración y a decir verdad a perdido su encanto, las instalaciones están muy descuidadas, las habitaciones necesitan renovarse y el servicio es malo. Definitivamente buscaré otra opción para hospedarse, lástima porque el lugar era bonito. Espero que la nueva administración tome en cuenta todos estos detalles y mejoren.
It is a hotel that I used to visit for its green areas, also familiar and excellent service but this last time, I realize that there is new administration and to tell the truth it has lost its charm, the facilities are very neglected, the rooms need to be renovated and the service is bad. I will definitely look for another option to stay, too bad because the place was nice. I hope that the new administration takes into account all these details and improves.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sus instalaciones están bonitas. Las albercas muy pequeñas, la más grande con 4 personas dentro se es imposible nadar bien. Permiten el ruido excesivo por la noche, son demasiado permisivos con los borrachos escandalosos. Las instalaciones cada vez más podridas. Recepción no tiene ni idea del servicio al cliente,, reciben y dan informes en voz alta, parece mercado,, y el descanso de los que ya están ahí? Hotel en plena decadencia, muestra de lo que es una pésima administración.
Their facilities are nice. The very small pools, the largest with 4 people inside it is impossible to swim well. They allow excessive noise at night, they are too permissive of rowdy drunks. The facilities increasingly rotten. Reception has no idea about customer service, do they receive and give reports out loud, does it seem like a market, and the rest of those who are already there? Hotel in full decline, an example of what a lousy administration is.
