★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quizás por la pandemia covid estuvo cerrado y se ve que fumigaron pero el cuarto que me asignaron encontré cucarachas muertas (3). Se me hizo una falta de higiene. Ya me había quedado antes el hotel es sencillo pero no me había tocado esto.
Perhaps because of the pandemic, covid was closed and it can be seen that they fumigated, but the room assigned to me found dead cockroaches (3). I had a lack of hygiene. I had already stayed before the hotel is simple but I had not touched this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, reservamos desde el mes de septiembre y no respetaron la reservación, muy grosera la dueña y administradora la sra. Juanita, nos reubicaron en otro hotel ala salida de zihuatanejo, en el cual no contaba con piscina,ni aire acondicionado y habitaciones muy pequeñas.
No lo recomiendo en lo absoluto.
Terrible service, we booked since September and they did not respect the reservation, very rude the owner and manager Mrs. Juanita, we were relocated to another hotel on the way out of zihuatanejo, which had no pool, no air conditioning, and very small rooms.
I do not recommend it at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel cómodo y económico, cuenta con aire acondicionado, tv por cable y agua caliente, el agua del alberca está fría, tiene algunos detalles de mantenimiento en las habitaciones, es relativamente cercano al mercado, estacionamiento de autobuses y a 6 cuadras de la playa principal
Comfortable and affordable hotel, it has air conditioning, cable TV and hot water, the pool water is cold, it has some maintenance details in the rooms, it is relatively close to the market, bus parking and 6 blocks from the main beach

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estuvimos tres días y dos noches y la verdad estuve en un ambiente relajado, cómodo y sencillo. Han mejorado varios aspectos que en comentarios anteriores llamaron mi atención. Sugiero una mejor atención al área de asador y convivencia. Tiene una buena ubicación para caminar y conocer los lugares típicos y los alimentos que se consumen en la región.

We stayed three days and two nights and the truth was that I was in a relaxed, comfortable and simple environment. They have improved several aspects that in previous comments caught my attention. I suggest better attention to the barbecue area and conviviality. It has a good location to walk and get to know the typical places and the foods that are consumed in the region.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of the worst hotels I have stayed in. Please do not stay here. I made a reservation by phone and we had agreed on a good price. When I get to the hotel, the owner tells me it is high season and the rate is not valid anymore. She offers me a discounted rate for less days. I decided to take it because I had nowhere else to go (big mistake!).
During my stay they never once cleaned the room. They turn on the A/C until 11pm, when the temperature outside was 90F degrees! And they turn off the A/C before 7am, I woke up sweating more than once. The staff is rude and inconsiderate. I have found ants in my bed. And the rooms are outdated and old.
Pros: price and location
Con: Staff is very rude and inconsiderate, room condition, A/C is turned on until 11pm and they turn it off before 7am, cleanliness, they do not let hotel customers in before 8am and out after 11 pm.
