They give us a travel in the lake and we enjoy it. The breakfast was delicious because it was a buffet with variety. An excellent way to have peace.

The water in the pool was not crystal clear at all and there's also no beach access and no laundry room. Personnel was friendly and the place was clean. But will definitely not book our next stay here. Also thought that their rules were way too antiquated, where you couldn't even take your own beer to the pool area after spending over three thousand pesos at their restaurant.

D	Daryl Willard on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Save your money! Dirty rooms, bad views from most expensive rooms, (honeymoon suite) awful service. Mosquitos everywhere. Photos on website are UNREALISTIC and edited. We tried to work out at the gym, but half the machines were broken and the others had a layer of scum and haven’t been cleaned since 1980. On our way out, the hotel would not allow us to leave the locked gate unless we paid additional fees the hotel said nothing about in the two-page registration contract. Never again.
M	Margie Garcia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rooms and the hotel overall are dated. But it is considered one of the nicer hotels in the area. The service is very good. Staff was friendly and helpful and they take precautions with covid seriously. Giving them 3 stars because the rooms are in much need of repairs. The rooms are clean and beds are comfortable, but lacking that nice upscale feeling that they claim to have. They do have security and check in every car that comes in, so does help with the peace of mind. Most rooms have balconies, however we did not use due to high temperatures. One more thing make sure your air conditioning unit works, u will need it!
