★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place does not qualify at all, does not have phone in the rooms, very old furniture, very unsafe electrical wiring, inadecuate outside lighting, very cheap door locks, terrible pillows, very ugly showers, the owner of this place (not considered hotel) does not care about us as guests, all they want is your $$, please stop advertising this place on AFVC asap!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't like this place, I should be able to be here 10 days, but when I check in and looks the rooms and kitchen I decide to look for another hotel, it was so nasty and smell really bad. Tha hotel looks lonely.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This the worst resort I ever stayed at. The furniture was very old and worn out. There was no ventilation, the windows were sealed . There were cockroaches in the room , in kitchen and the bedrooms. The restaurant was open only on weekends. There was no internet in the room only in certain areas of the hotel. It was dirty I will never recomed this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The clean hacienda setting is very appealing but this hotel has seen better days and it needs fine tuning to improve this rating.
The grounds are impeccable and the parking is safe and convenient.
The staff is very helpful and polite.
The room had a few inconveniences: burned out light bulbs, very poor water pressure, not enough water volume, old torn curtains, spotty Wi-Fi signal, noisy, etc.
Were not for these annoying details, this hotel would be a great place to stay while visiting beautiful Guanajuato.
Nothing a diligent manager can't fix.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst thing is that the bathrooms don't have any ventilation, the bathroom's floors weren't clean when we arrived, I kept asking
for toilet paper, clean towels (and the clean towels looked actually like rags) overall needs maintenance and quality customer service.
