★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención me pareció buena, quizá tenían algunos detallitos pero el personal siempre está disponible para tratar de resolverlos si está en sus manos, la alberca está muy limpia, las habitaciones son cómodas! Sin duda alguna regresaremos el año siguiente ??
 The attention seemed good to me, maybe they had some little details but the staff is always available to try to solve them if it is in their hands, the pool is very clean, the rooms are comfortable! We will definitely return next year ??

Cuando nos dan la habitación ERROR UN ASCO TODA SUCIA!!! El baño
Echo un asco, las sábanas manchadas no sé si de sangre o salsa, atrás de los burós llenos de basura.
El hotel en general sucio y nada que ver con lo que muestran en fotografías! Y por 1700 la noche? Esta mejor un motel de 100xhr
El servicio en general es muy deficiente y yo les recomiendo buscar otro hotel este es la peor experiencia que eh tenido
Pd: me bloquearon de fb por que ahí publique esta reseña!!!

I'm disgusted, the sheets stained I don't know if with blood or sauce, behind the bureaus full of garbage.
The hotel in general dirty and nothing to do with what they show in photographs! And for 1700 a night? A 100xhr motel is better
The service in general is very poor and I recommend looking for another hotel, this is the worst experience I have ever had.
PS: I was blocked from fb because I posted this review there!!!

Pésimo servicio desde las recepcionistas, no sirven los controles de los climas, no dan toallas (si quieres una toalla tienes que dejar depósito de $100 por toalla), no dan ni shampoo, muy apenas dan jabonsito rosa venus; el baño huele a coladera y el cuarto a humedad. No hay wifi, dicen que si pero ni siquiera agarra en las habitaciones. No hay tv por cable solo algunos canales de tv abierta. Además tiene su ruidaso de bocina y gritos de la gente ebria en el área de la alberca hasta altas horas de la madrugada y no dejan dormir.
Horrible, not worth what they charge. Lousy service from the receptionists, they don't serve the climate controls, they don't give towels (if you want a towel you have to leave a $100 deposit per towel), they don't even give shampoo, they hardly give pink venus soap; the bathroom smells like a sewer and the room musty. There is no Wi-Fi, they say yes but it doesn't even work in the rooms. There is no cable tv, only some open tv channels. It also has its noisy horn and screams from drunk people in the pool area until the wee hours of the morning and they don't let you sleep.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy bonito lugar para hospedarse. La piscina que tienen esta muy bien, no me cábala el agua al contacto con mis ojos y piel, la comida 10/10 y excelente atención al turista. Se los recomiendo bastante!
Very nice place to stay. The pool they have is very good, I don't feel the water coming into contact with my eyes and skin, the food is 10/10 and excellent attention to tourists. I highly recommend them!
