Everything is fine, except that you need to put curtains on a window, on the side that room 14 has, because a lot of light comes in x in the morning we come every 2 months and we stay for 3 to 4 days. P.S. Isaura is an excellent employee, nice and I like her very attentive!

The attention of the manager was terrible, it seems that she is angry all the time, I paid for a room with a TV and the television did not work, I warned and the staff did not know how to fix the problem, so I asked for my refund of the difference for the TV. They told me yes that the next day they would give it to me, and then again that the next day, I was there for two days and I was thinking of renewing my stay for another day, but the manager told me that she was not going to reimburse me. The treatment I received from the manager was terrible for not solving my situation. I no longer renewed my stay and I will not return. How unfortunate because in terms of cleanliness it was fine. But they lost a customer.

I do not like that the doors of the rooms have glass since it allows the passage of light into the interior and does not allow rest. The attention is good, affordable prices, good location.

It is very simple but it is agreed to the price they serve you normally it is not frozen or with weather for the cost but it is fine to rest the night

The rooms are clean and the hygiene items (soap and paper) are new. The girl who attended us is very kind, we had details with the television since the control did not work and she solved the problem almost instantly. I think it would be advisable to make reservations with time, because we only got a room with 1 bed and we preferred with 2 (we were 2 adults and a 4-year-old girl) but we knew how to accommodate the 3 in 1 bed, the girl still told us that if we will continue staying here he would let us know if there is another room available as we want it. From CAXA to the hotel it takes about 20-30 min.
