★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar luce muy bien, la atención y servicio muy agradable, posible uso de alberca si consumes en el restaurante pero la atención al cliente vale la pena los precios algo que en Poza Rica no existe y eso le da un plus a los lugares que brinda una calidad atención aún que sus precios sen igual de altos que en la región por la excusa de ser petrolera
 The place looks very good, the attention and service very nice, possible use of the pool if you eat in the restaurant but the customer service is worth the prices, something that does not exist in Poza Rica and that gives a plus to the places it offers a quality service even though its prices are just as high as in the region for the excuse of being an oil company

It is an excellent place, good hotel and very comfortable rooms, but I had to arrive when the road in front was under construction and the traffic is a pain

El personal en general fue muy atento en todo momento.
El edifico tiene 7 años de antigüedad, no obstante, el mantenimiento es constante, lo cual hace ver al inmueble como nuevo.
Algo retirado de la zona céntrica de la ciudad, pero vale la pena por las amenidades.
Cuenta con servicio de Internet en lobby, Wifi en habitaciones, alberca y restaurante.
Sin duda, regresaría de nuevo.
Very good customer service.
The staff in general was very attentive at all times.
The building is 7 years old, however, the maintenance is constant, which makes the property look like new.
Somewhat removed from the downtown area of the city, but worth it for the amenities.
It has Internet service in the lobby, Wi-Fi in rooms, swimming pool and restaurant.
I would definitely go back again.

The rooms are excellent, the restaurant is great and reasonable...
The service people, waiters, and management are superior...
If you are on your way to Veracruz, stopping here is a must...
