★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The stay was OK since there were a lot of technical issues with the room. The room had spotty Internet and it was very frustrating trying to do some work in the room. The resort although has the pools on the outside but there are signs that they were closed. Hotel is very far from many things. The property is very pretty but if you are not gonna do stuff on property it’s not worth it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel have an espectacular arquitectura, the service it’s great, the people that works there are really kind. The food of the restaurant it’s very good we order different dishes as the Robalo, some shrimp tacos and some cheese table for entrance. Very recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incredible. The most beautiful hotel in Guanajuato. Private quiet rooms, children's area, two pools, a spa and workout facilities. Nice restaurants and very helpful, friendly staff. I highly recommend a stay here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contacted the hotel “several" times via their system for reservations for a treatment in the spa and nobody responded. I then contacted via messenger on facebook nobody responded. I walked in tonight wanting to go to the bar and have some food and drink about 6 PM and the reception staff had no idea what I was talking about. The menu was downloadable on the hotel site for Bar J. A nice sushi menu... she had no idea what I was referring to. The reception staff had no idea what a bar was nor that the hotel has two. Very strange way to conduct business. Too bad as I am staying in the area and would have liked to have either gone to the bar, or had a treatment or dined at one of the restaurants. Very irritating.
