Lo recomiendo ampliamente. Excellent Hotel and Excellent Location Very good facilities, clean and the best, the treatment of the very attentive and helpful staff at all times. I highly recommend it.

De ahí en fuera lo demás muy bien The new facilities are nice, but they have water shortages from the afternoon without water until the next day around 11:00 am and it is therefore unhygienic, mainly due to the toilet. Some of the rooms are very small and full of cobwebs, in terms of the bathrooms, poor hygiene since they are not cleaned by the small number of tenants, the hot water service is inefficient since they have boylers through.

Es un lugar limpio, cuenta con agua caliente día y noche, servicio de wi-fi y televisión por cable. Le hace falta algunos elementos básicos para un mejor servicio (bote de basura, jabón, algunos muebles o repisas) pero aún así es una opción. A una cuadra se encuentra un restaurante súper recomendable al igual que un muro con un propuesta espectacular para tomarte la foto del recuerdo. If you are just looking for a place to spend the night at a low cost, this place is ideal. It is located a couple of blocks from the bus terminal. It is a clean place, it has hot water day and night, wi-fi service and cable TV. You need some basic elements for better service (trash can, soap, some furniture or shelves) but it is still an option. One block away is a highly recommended restaurant as well as a wall with a spectacular proposal to take your souvenir photo.

No hay garantía del servicio que ofrecen, nunca se hospeden en este hotel ni por error. Bad experience, dirty room, zero hot water, terrible service from the owner, poor treatment of her staff and zero customer service, I charge double the amount published, I get a terrible experience from Chignahuapan for the terrible service and attention of the owner of this hotel. Lo malo, es que no dan kit de baño y el agua caliente dura 3 min (por habitación, no por persona) Con el frío que hace es muy cruel bañarse con agua fría. The blankets they give are appropriate for the cold, it seems that the bathroom has just been remodeled and they are beautiful. The bad thing is that they do not give a bathroom kit and the hot water lasts 3 min (per room, not per person). With the cold it is very cruel to bathe with cold water.

El agua caliente solo salía por 2 minutos y se terminaba. La coladera de la regadera estaba tapada. La limpieza no es buena, había pelos en las sábanas y basura en los cajones. No había cortinas en el baño ni en la ventana ni en la regadera. No dan jabón ni shampoo. The staff is not friendly at all, always distracted, all day they play very loud music and it is heard throughout the hotel since it is small. The hot water only ran for 2 minutes and was gone. The shower drain was clogged. Cleaning is not good, there were hairs on the sheets and garbage in the drawers. There were no curtains in the bathroom or the window or the shower. They do not give soap or shampoo.
