★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel is probably the best hotel you can get around here. In Mexican standards this is luxurious and extravagant. There is a buffet every morning with free Wi-Fi and a Blu-ray player equipped with HD TVs. You can even get music all around your room with your phone. This may seem and sound expensive in pesos but it's around $40-$60 a night. I would definitely come back here soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff was very kind, the rooms were very clean, comfortable, they didn't have a coffee maker and we called the reception and they brought it right away! All the services were very good, the restaurant was delicious and the waiters were there to help us in what we needed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent Hotel, great location close to Basilica, I like the fact that is 2 blocks from noisy main street . I can not think any negative experience!. Great service since the moment My family and I got there, They let us leave our luggage in a "free waiting luggage room" until check in time, while we went around the city surroundings. They helped me finding my way around the city and information about businesses of my interest. Rooms Included Customary breakfast buffet (traditional Mexican food) is good. Modest choices for different diets. The executive suite room that I got did not have Air Conditioner, but there was no need; Weather was comfortable and room windows can be open for fresh air. I even used the Small Gym to burn some calories consume and Great view terrace to city and basilica. Price was modest, around $45 US dlls. a night (June 2015). Secure box and amenities provided were very useful. Hotel is clean and very nice but Is not "intimidating" luxurious. 4 stars hotel well earned!.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service is excellent.
The room included great buffet breakfast especially weekend buffet.if you’re a coffee drinker like me, ask for the hotel mug instead of those espresso mini cups.
Staff at the restaurant are feet accommodating, especially the manager, Ernesto.
Enjoyable stay. Highly recommended if you want to be closed to visit Our Lady of Guadalupe Basilica.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have used this hotel 2 times in the last few years, each time for multiple nights.
Clean, quite, and reasonably priced. Excellent location to everything.
Restaurant was outstanding. Even my daughter who doesn’t like very many different foods enjoyed the wonderful extensive breakfast selection.
Highly recommend this location
