I	Iris Jaqueline on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me gusto mucho. Fue una buena experiencia, el personal fue atento, la habitación que nos tocó fue buena, además de que tiene agua caliente y estacionamiento. Pero lo que más me gustó fue la localización, está genial, tenía muchísimas cosas alrededor, como la casa de los hermanos Aquiles y la calle de los dulces, pasamos por ahí y ni siquiera nos dimos cuenta, y a 5 cuadras está en zócalo, además de que si caminas un poco más encuentras la plaza de la tecnología y otros lugares increíbles. Lo único que no pude probar, fue el restaurante-bar del hotel, así que no sabría decir que tan bien está. La verdad lo recomiendo mucho, me dejó muy buenas experiencias. I loved it. It was a good experience, the staff was attentive, the room we got was good, plus it has hot water and parking. But what I liked the most was the location, it's great, it had a lot of things around it, like the house of the Aquiles brothers and the candy street, we passed by and we didn't even realize it, and 5 blocks away it's in the main square, besides that if you walk a little further you will find the technology square and other incredible places. The only thing I couldn't try was the hotel's restaurant-bar, so I can't say how good it is. I really recommend it a lot, it left me with very good experiences.
A	Alien Allen Marshall on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pues desde la última vez en que me nos pese a ahora, ha decaído mucho en la parte de limpieza-higiene, en cuestión de ubicación y en atención a clientes, perfecto, pero si tan solo mejorará la parte de la limpieza le daría las 5 estrellas, hasta un poco de mal olor, y así como se ve en las fotos, así nos entregaron la habitación, y nos asomamosnrapido en la otra que acababan de limpiar y está igual. Well, since the last time that I regretted it to now, it has declined a lot in the cleaning-hygiene part, in terms of location and customer service, perfect, but if it only improves the cleaning part, I would give it 5 stars, even a bit of a bad smell, and as you can see in the photos, that's how they gave us the room, and we quickly peeked into the other one that had just been cleaned and it's the same.

Comfortable place, central, well connected, in general terms pleasant to rest, however the bathrooms need maintenance and they charge you up to $10 for spending time to leave the hotel even if you have already delivered the room, which does not happen in others Hotels.
M	Marcos Hernandez Alva on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal lugar no hay electricidad en todos los contactos, apagadores rotos, el teléfono no tiene línea, sabanas, cortinas y almohadas muy viejas el baño todo percudido, las toallas rotas ni ganas dan de bañarse en general falta de limpieza y un aspecto muy viejo, que sea económico no significa que descuiden la limpieza y el mantenimiento PD. No le pongo cero estrellas por que no se puede :( Very bad place there is no electricity in all the contacts, broken switches, the telephone has no line, very old sheets, curtains and pillows the bathroom is all damaged, the torn towels do not make you want to bathe in general lack of cleanliness and a very old appearance , that it is economical does not mean that cleaning and maintenance are neglected P.S. I don't give zero stars because you can't :(
