★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El personal súper amable y serviciales las habitaciones están bien, lo malo de el hotel es que al contratarlo te ofrecen que si las habitaciones se llenan en su totalidad para tu evento, te regresan 20,000 en pesos en efectivo lo cual no hicieron, no cumplieron con su palabra y lastima que no esta nada escrito, seguramente no lo ponen por escrito porque mienten en lo que dicen y muy fácilmente se lavan las manos y hasta te dicen que no les importa que los demanden.
 The super friendly and helpful staff the rooms are good, the bad thing about the hotel is that when you hire it they offer you that if the rooms are fully filled for your event, they will return 20,000 pesos in cash which they did not do, they did not comply with their word and it hurts that nothing is written, surely they do not put it in writing because they lie in what they say and very easily wash their hands and even tell you that they do not care if they are sued.

Las almohadas son muy altas, al menos eso a mi no me permitió descansar.
No pregunté si había servicio de wifi.
No cuenta con estacionamiento en el hotel, así que llevan los coches a otro lugar y cuando los requieres, te los traen.
Antonio es muy amable y te hacen sentir en casa.
It is a beautiful hotel. Small and very comfortable rooms.
The pillows are very high, at least that did not allow me to rest.
I didn't ask if there was wifi service.
There is no parking at the hotel, so they take the cars to another place and when you need them, they bring them to you.
Antonio is very friendly and they make you feel at home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agradable, muy limpio, requiere de iluminación, el personal es altamente amable, pero creo que al llegar deben de dar los controles, tanto del aire como ventilador ya que tuvimos que solicitarlos, también me pareció un tanto deficiente la preparación del desayuno, excepto el café,que estaba delicioso
Nice, very clean, requires lighting, the staff is highly friendly, but I think that upon arrival they should give the controls, both air and fan since we had to request them, I also found the preparation of breakfast a bit deficient, except for the coffee, which was delicious

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las habitaciones podrían ser mejores ya que no funcionaba el cancel del baño y las almohadas estaban como rocas; la atención del personal es MAGNIFICA, a la alberca le hace falta una caldera ya que el agua es muy fría.
The rooms could be better as the bathroom shutter didn't work and the pillows were like rocks; the attention of the staff is MAGNIFICENT, the pool needs a boiler since the water is very cold.
