★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WORST HOTEL EVER!!! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY COMING HERE. If I could give it 0 stars I would. The worst of the worst, the beds were all stained, it wreaked like a dump in the rooms. The pictures they use on their website and anywhere affiliated with this hotel is all false!!! Never again in my life!!!! THE PICTURES ARE NOT EVEN THE SAME AS HOW THE ACTUAL ROOM LOOKS. FALSE ADVERTISING EVERYWHERE!!! we literally didn’t even stay, we left as soon as we found another hotel. DIDNT EVEN GIVE US OUR MONEY BACK!! We’re a family of 5 and they only gave us a room with 2 twin beds?!? Absolutely ridiculous. THIS IS A DUMP!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You get what you pay and for the little we paid for 3 wks all inclusive it was just fine. We prefer the new bldg across the street because those rooms have balconies. Ocean view room are run down, small & do not.I spent 20 minutes at checkout trying to get a receipt showing no additional charges were incurred. They did everything possible not to provide one. Finally had to leave to catch our plane.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We reserved a two bed room viewing the Marina side since would be more quite and the room prices on that area are more pricey. One year prior I was in the same tower on the other side and our first night was a nightmare (to much noise in the room above us... been more specific furniture moving). I decided to give the hotel an other chance since on that time the manager moved us to an other room precisely with a Marina view. This time I made myself sure to contact the hotel directly (no by booking) and then our surprise was a king side bed and a construction side! meaning construction noise early morning to evening‼️why NO ONE let the customers know that?! And they still charging full price when people go hopping to have a nice and relaxing break. Also we have to deal with loud regatón by the beach, on the terrace...
