They were not prepared for us as our reservation was not recorded on their side. But it serves all its purposes. WiFi was weak in our room

Great place to stay at! The family treats you sooo well you really feel like you're part of their family. Top floor patio is great for seeing the morning balloons over the pyramids. Some great art deco paintings throughout the hotel! Hot water was H-O-T-T!!

The owners are extremely helpful, efficient and friendly. They make you feel at home, they made sure we felt safe and went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. The wifi was high speed.. The room service is exceptional. The rooms are clean inside and out. They provide taxi services and can pick you up from the airport. You will not regret choosing them. Will be coming back soon to spend another fabulous stay with them. Bringing my mom. They will definitely make your stay unforgettable. Don't hesitate to book with them. You will NOT regret it. This place is a hotel that includes a small restaurant with a small play ground also the owner is able to get yoy tours around teotihuacan highly recommended.

My husband I spent an amazing 10 days at Villa Victoria. We were on our honeymoon and were treated like family from the moment we arrived. Victoria, the owner, arranged all of our excursions, had a very special honeymoon greeting with rose petals, wine and a fruit plate in our room, saw us off to our balloon ride, and made sure we had everything and anything for our entire stay. Victoria and her husband, Frederico, even escorted us to Mexico City to see the sights, and took another full day out of their busy lives to take us to Cholula. Their hospitality is unrivaled. The hotel truly is a family run establishment. I loved seeing Victoria, her kids and grandkids all hanging out at the restaurant, it felt homey! The hotel is super clean and beautifully decorated with murals. I especially loved the terrace and being able to watch the hot air balloons in the mornings. Our room even had a view of the pyramids. We were served delicious meals everyday at their restaurant and was brought room service whenever requested. Also, I am not fluent in spanish, I speak very basic spanish and everyone was extremely patient with the language barrier. (I actually found this to be case everywhere we went) Victoria knew at least as much english as I know spanish and with the help of translators we were able to communicate just fine. I am so very thankful for her patience and kindness when trying to communicate. I highly recommend this hotel and highly praise Victoria and her family for their amazing hospitality and kindness. We were lucky to have such gracious hosts!
