★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo, de verdad, pésimo. Mi padre se enfermó y no pudimos quedarnos las 2 noches que reservamos. Solicitamos el apoyo para cancelar la segunda noche aunque nos penalizaran y se negaron a brindar el apoyo a pesar de la situación. A esto hay que sumarle las habitaciones apestosas y baños horribles. Una estrella porque no hay menos, espero no cometan el mismo error que yo al planear sus vacaciones.
 Lousy, really, lousy. My father got sick and we couldn't stay the 2 nights we booked. We requested support to cancel the second night even though they penalized us and they refused to provide support despite the situation. To this we must add the stinky rooms and horrible bathrooms. One star because there is no less, I hope you don't make the same mistake I did when planning your vacation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beds and pillows are really awful. Towels are like sandpaper. Walls are like paper, I could hear a cellphone ringing two rooms away. And on top of that, it’s an active construction site (they’re building the third story), so loud noises start at 7am.
Two stars (instead of one), because AC works fine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good location. Basic services. There is a good Wi-Fi connection. The rooms seem to be clean. The beds are new. Th towels a bit small. The pressure of water in the shower was very weak. There is drinking water in the lobby but not in the rooms. There is a non-functioning coffee vending machine. No coffee maker in the room.
