★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am one of the first visitors to Cozumel after they reopened. This hotel accepted my reservation and then denied me once I arrived. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS ESTABLISHMENT, THEY ARE CROOKED AND WILL SCREW YOU OVER!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bring ear plugs...Will never book here again. If you like to go to bed before 2AM then this may not be the place for you. It is located right next to a Fire Station and a night bar that plays bands on Fri, Sat Sun (sometimes as early as Wed) starting from 11PM-2AM. The music is so loud that even with ear plugs it's difficult to fall asleep. Alarms from nearby stores going off at all hours of the night. Had we known it was going to be this noisy, would have never booked. Hardly felt like a vacation. Only reason I'm giving it 2 stars is because the onsite staff was great. We had a few problems throughout our stay which they resolved fairly quickly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice, clean, beautiful little place with big spacious apartments! Pool in compound too! Staff very friendly and attentive answering all our questions and requests with breakfast (included). Parking available in front of building. Kitchen has everything to cook yourself. Showerhead upstairs in room 3 is not spectacular but showers fine. Showergel/shampoo is lovely, plenty towels available, also pooltowels. Great place!

I would suggest bringing a blanket as the beds only offer a very thin one and a sheet. Also, there is no mirror downstairs, even in the bathroom, so be prepared for that as well. Otherwise, we had a lovely stay!
