An excellent place, quite cozy, the treatment always very friendly and cordial. There was an issue with some insects in the room but they immediately supported us with cleaning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel cómodo y limpio, muy buena opción si no quieres estar en el centro de Bernal. Le bajo 2 estrellas, porque el agua de la alberca es helada y aunque prenden calentado por celdas solares, no sirve. La otra estrella menos es porque te dicen que el restaurante es servicio desde temprano hasta las 10 pm y regresando a las 7:30 pm ya no tenían servicios por lo que tuvimos que salir a Bernal a cenar. Me parece de muy mal gusto que den información errónea. Otra cosa que seria muy buena es que pusieran mas amenidades para niños, solo tienen una casita, algo maltratada y el jardín es bastante amplio podrian tener juegos.
Comfortable and clean hotel, a very good option if you don't want to be in the center of Bernal. I lower it 2 stars, because the water in the pool is cold and although they turn on heated by solar cells, it does not work. The other minus star is because they tell you that the restaurant is open from early until 10 pm and returning at 7:30 pm they no longer had services so we had to go out to Bernal for dinner. I find it in very bad taste that they give wrong information. Another thing that would be very good is that they put more amenities for children, they only have a little house, somewhat battered and the garden is quite large, they could have games.
