Me cobraron la reservación como si hubiera Sido exitosa, siendo que la misma plataforma me saco por falta de disponibilidad, me contacto con el hotel y me traen con que no se veía reflejado el depósito, siendo que les mandé las pruebas de que se me había hecho el cobro a nombre del hotel tal cual y no.. PS como no lo veían supuestamente en su plataforma no podían hacer nada. No pues gracias por nada.
