 Excellent wifi everywhere, clean rooms, nice pool. Too bad that staff don't speak a word of English.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca hubo agua caliente en la habitación y aunque nos dejaban bañar en otra habitación era incómodo, la habitación súper x, la limpieza si la hacían diario y toallas igual las cambiaban diario, siento que les falta cordialidad, además el costo es elevado para lo que ofrecen, cabe mencionar que esté hotel no tiene tiendas ni supers cerca, tienes que caminar un buen tramo para poder conseguir tus biberes.
There was never hot water in the room and although they let us bathe in another room it was uncomfortable, the room was super x, the cleaning was done daily and towels were changed daily, I feel that they lack cordiality, also the cost is high for what offer, it is worth mentioning that this hotel has no shops or supermarkets nearby, you have to walk a long way to get your bottles.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I always have a lovely stay at the Villas Xaiba. Always very clean and friendly staff. I lived here for a few months and it was great for a longer stay- as long as you're not planning to do a lot of cooking in the kitchen. But there's so many restaurants just a short walk away anyway.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The pool area is nice and chill. If there’s one thing I’d 100% recommended they update it’s the beds. They need softer beds. Hector was very helpful with everything we needed as far as info goes. They aren’t strict on check in times either. It’s a short walk to shops and Benito Juarez blvd where all the restaurants are. About a 10 minute walk to playa carizalillo..
