C	Cristina Espinosa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La habitación sencilla que me asignaron fue terrible, no cuenta con techo sellado o con Platón, se ve el drenaje y la luz de la habitación contigua, además todo se escucha. El baño es muy viejo. The simple room that was assigned to me was terrible, it does not have a sealed roof or with Plato, you can see the drainage and the light of the adjoining room, besides everything is heard. The bathroom is very old.

G	Guillermo Gómez H on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo!!! qué lástima muy céntrico, económico, y colonial pero solo hay agua caliente en 1 habitación sencilla y en una doble pero como era doble no nos la podían dar yo llegué en plan de trabajo con un compañero y resulta que no había agua caliente. Definitivamente no lo recomiendo Appalling!!! what a shame very central, economic, and colonial but there is only hot water in 1 single room and in a double but as it was double they could not give it to me I arrived in plan of work with a companion and it turns out that there was no hot water. Por las noches cierran la puerta del hotel y tienes que tocar la puerta por horas para que te habrán, en una habitación duplex solo ponen un pequeño bote de shampoo y una pieza muy pequeña de jabón. Nada recomendable, muy caro para lo que "ofrece"... La única ventaja es la ubicación! It was a bad experience, the toilet had no water, the room smelled musty, it was in very bad condition, it has no windows or curtains. At night they close the door of the hotel and you have to knock on the door for hours so they will have you, in a duplex room they just put a small bottle of shampoo and a very small piece of soap. Not recommended, very expensive for what "offers" ... The only advantage is the location!
a	aqua blue on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se lo recomiendo a quien busca algo rústico y antiguo, si esperas glamour y todo actual este no es tu sitio. Por precio considero que está bien. La decoración y muebles son de época, es cierto que las camas rechinan, pero qué esperaban? Son antiguas. Yo no tuve problemas con el agua, sí huele "raro" pero así huele toda el agua de Puebla en la ciudad. Y eso de que las puertas son muy "transparentes" pues no es verdad porque son rústicas y tienen un portón extra y grueso que al cerrarlo aunque sea medio día la habitación queda en oscuridad total. Yo sí encontré enchufes para mi cargador y todo funcionó como debía. Me atendieron muy bien y el lugar se me hizo bonito. I recommend it to anyone looking for something rustic and old, if you expect glamor and everything current this is not your place. For price I think it's fine. The decoration and furniture are period, it is true that the beds creak, but what did they expect? They are old. I did not have problems with the water, it smells "strange" but that's how all the water in Puebla smells in the city. And that the doors are very "transparent" because it is not true because they are rustic and have an extra thick door that when closing it even half a day the room is in total darkness. I did find plugs for my charger and everything worked as it should. They treated me very well and the place was beautiful.

El dueño es un prepotente de primera, clásico wey con lana que trata a todos como esclavos, arrogante y casi tocado por el mismo Zeus, en fin, si a este tipo no le importa su personal que le llena los bolsillos, mucho menos le importa cambiar sabanas cada 6 meses, y para saber todo el equipamiento necesario que recicla seguramente de segunda o tercera mano. Uno como usuario se da cuenta de la calidad y pues da mucho que desear... Mal mal y mal Good service staff. Hicimos reservación por Airbnb y hubo un error en la misma, cuando hablamos para corregir nos trataron pésimo, súper groseras las dos mujeres que atienden, su única solución fue que canceláramos la reservación (perdiendo nuestro dinero). Las habitaciones más que sencillas, solo una cama con un pequeño mueble, el baño sin al menos una repisa para poner el jabón. Las fotos nada que ver con la realidad. Nunca hicieron limpieza a la habitación a pesar de que estuvimos varios días. Nos quedamos ahí porque no había otra opción, pero nunca volveremos. Cero recomendable! Si pueden evítenlo!!! We made a reservation through Airbnb and there was an error in it, when we spoke to correct us, they treated us lousy, the two women who attend, their only solution was for us to cancel the reservation (losing our money). The rooms more than simple, just a bed with a small furniture, the bathroom without at least one shelf to put the soap. The photos have nothing to do with reality. The room was never cleaned even though we stayed for several days. We stayed there because there was no other option, but we will never go back. Zero recommended! If you can avoid it !!!
F	Fabrizio Guzman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service was horrible, they first put us in a room with no hot water, then they locked us out of our own room and they lied to us, because we were promised a room with a private bathroom and the next day we noticed we were sharing a bathroom with people from other rooms, it was a horrible experience and I would never come back again.
