★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buen servicio, muy comodo, aseo diario, muy cerca del consulado americano y restaurant bueno, la tv no tiene cable pero se puede usar YouTube o Netflix si tienes cuenta, en general Excelente.
 Good service, very comfortable, daily cleaning, very close to the American consulate and a good restaurant, the TV does not have cable but you can use YouTube or Netflix if you have an account, in general Excellent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un lugar tranquilo para descansar. Las habitaciones son cómodas y limpias, un plus es que en todas hay un frigobar que es muy útil para tener bebidas frias. El restaurante solo trabaja de lunes a sábado. La piscina es pequeña. La atención del personal es excelente.
A quiet place to rest. The rooms are comfortable and clean, a plus is that in all of them there is a minibar that is very useful to have cold drinks. The restaurant only works from Monday to Saturday. The pool is small. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

I loved the hotel, the neighborhood, and the very friendly staff.
They also have a very nice terrace to have a coffee or breakfast, with a big and beautiful tree.
Everything very clean. I felt a lot of peace there

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My boyfriend & I stayed 2 nights in Hotel Virreyes on October 6 & 7, 2020. We were escaping Hurricane Delta from Chelem, Yucatan where we live on the beach. I am so happy we chose Hotel Virreyes. Such a quant hotel with friendly staff. The rooms were emaculate. The bathrooms were large & sanitized. Room service was delicious. The staff was very helpful with all of
our request. I would highly recommend Hotel Virreyes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice hidden jem! right in the middle of the city but away from the downtown and the loud activities - very quiet and peaceful at night. Small pool for you to swim in, staff is friendly and the rooms are clean! For $600 per night they are sure to get my business next time I need a hotel room. were especially helpful! George and any were super nice at the reception desk! I hope to come back soon!
