Y pues de la ubicación no puedo decir mucho, si ni fueran las fiestas del pueblo no tuviera movimiento. Terrible service with the receptionist girl. g	gabriela martinez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala atención. fuimos al hotel porque lo vimos en internet, y porque esta nuevo, pero el personal no tiene experiencia en la atención, desde la recepción no saben ni a que hora se sirve el desayuno, ni saben las características que tienen cada una de sus habitaciones, la atención de las señoras de recepción es lentísima, nadie te ayuda con tus maletas, el estacionamiento en la noche está sin nada de luz que incluso cuando te bajas de tu auto tienes que prender tu celular para poder encontrar el elevador. Pero lo peor es que mi habitación no tenía ventanas!!! no puede ser que en un hotel no haya ventanas, nos quejamos al respecto y nos cambiaron a otro con una ventana a un pasillo oscuro!!! en un hotel todos los cuartos deben tener ventanas!!!. El hotel parece estar muy bonito pero realmente no hay experiencia en construir hoteles y en atender huéspedes, he ido a otros hoteles ahí en tepatitlan y este es el peor, pensé que sería el mejor por la promoción que vi en facebook. Aaa y para colmo no hicieron el aseo de la habitación. No lo recomiendo, nada cómodo. Very bad attention. It cannot be that in a hotel there are no windows, we complained about it and they changed us to another with a window to a dark corridor!!! in a hotel all the rooms must have windows!!!. The hotel seems to be very nice but there really is no experience in building hotels and serving guests, I have been to other hotels there in Tepatitlan and this is the worst, I thought it would be the best because of the promotion I saw on Facebook. Aaa and to top it off they didn't clean the room. I do not recommend it, not comfortable at all.

Comida muy bien preparada. El costo del hotel aceptable por su ubicación. The facilities are good and above all clean. La comida del restaurante es buena y tiene un buen menú. El punto a mejorar es el servicio, ya que aún le falta personal en el restaurante y se tardan mucho tiempo en atender y servir. Quizás es por la temporada alta (Abril). Si una persona va en plan de trabajo, en Abril no es conveniente, porque al estar enfrente del Núcleo de las fiestas se escucha la música del recinto y hay personas que llegan haciendo mucho ruido en la madrugada. En temporada baja, es de los mejores hoteles para descansar. It is a new hotel so the facilities are excellent. The rooms are spacious as well as their bathrooms. Maybe it's because of the high season (April).
