★ ★ ★ ★ ★ be prepared to hear music and cars zooming by til about 1am or later. remember to ask for blankets and toilet paper if staying long than one night. no hot water. A.C is out dated. and loud. room has a funny scent. not very clean .... o. the positive side. everything is walking distance. including the beach. . I made the best of it. next time I'll resort style. not handicap accessible either. the staff was nice..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location, location. Nice hotel for price. I was on 5th floor (no elevator) loved view, close to Sandy Beach, Malecon and Harbor. I couldn't get internet in the room. Hotel is on a busy LOUD street. There was music blaring all night. I moved to hotel right across from a night club (across town) and that was much quieter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Walking distance to the beach, smart TV, soap, clean and clean towels which isn't always usual in Mexico (no offense), we always bring our own, but not necessary at this hotel. Lots of restaurant choices and coffee shop in walking distance. It is a very popular busy street and is very noisy, just FYI. It doesn't bother us as my husband wears ear plugs anyway and I love hearing the Mexican music and festivities. The staff were very friendly and humorous. We've gone twice and each time they gave us downstairs rooms because we're "old people." Lolol. With that said there's no elevator. If you want a cool view and be upstairs you'll have to walk -- don't complain then! If you can't do steps ask for a downstairs room, there are only 4 though I believe. We've stayed at MANY hotels in Puerto Penasco and this is a favorite. We will come back to this one for sure!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Usually stay in houses or resorts but gabe this a try. Pricing was great staff is awesome you right in the middle of all the fun. Now if are on the very top floor good luck them stairs are a killer no elevators. Sometimes I got hot water sometimes not. Music will be blasting tell 5a.m. in the morning you will hear unless your faded. Also parking gets crazy not enough spots for everyone staying.
