Located only a few steps from the beach. The room was functional, clean and with new ac. Not much storage space for large suitcases but we had no problem with our 3 carry-on's. Recommend this hotel only if you plan to spend most of your out and about. Very friendly staff. Enjoyed relaxing at night in the hamaca.

Cute rooms, great internet, perfect location right in the ocean and my favorite: delicious breakfast on the beach. Can't wait to go back!

Great Location, views , rooms have internet, cable tv and just in the heart of Sayulita down town and main beach, will stay anytime there again. Terrace has nic hammocks and has the feel of a private beach spot!

Azul the front desk person was amazing! The hotel is right on the beach. The pillows where terrible and the toilets are in the showers. But room has a great fan and an ac unit. Honestly if the pillows where good and the bathroom had a fan of probably give 5 star

We booked the room for 7 nights (4 months ahead). But… we only stayed 2 nights as we don’t like the room and the noise. We rather lost the money than to suffer the rest of the nights. By reading reviews we thought it is a nice place. We are so disappointed. The room is so small(like a prison cell) The window is tiny and is facing the reception or would say common area. So there are no sunlight. There is no place to hang some clothes. No cabinet. Sooooo noisy. In booking it said 4 star. It is not true. Look at the photos before you book. The photos on their website is mostly the common area and penthouse that’s why it looks good plus edit. They don’t show the sizes of the other room. The receptionist are nice and friendly though.

We booked the "Penthouse". The penthouse is NOT private. The staff laundry and the other "Penthouse" suite are separated by thin doors with light and noise all night. It took us an hour to find anyone to even check in the first night after a day of travel. The "private deck", is actually a common area for staff, and guests to peak into your room. Some staff will allow you to invite friends over, and some will NOT. We found that out, when our friends came over to change and use our bathroom at 1pm. They were escorted out by the rude front desk lady. It felt like they rules they made up daily. The large patio is off limits to everyone after 10:30pm, except the night watch who is a creepy man who always tries to glance in your room. After 10:30pm you are told to stay within a meter of your patio door, and they have cameras to make sure. For your kitchen, you get two glasses, and a small bowl for cooking. 50% of the lights work, with some exposed wiring For the beds, you get 1 paper thin sheet each. When we asked for two thicker blankets, they said they could only find one, which was for a twin size bed. The patio curtains looked like they had blood splatter on them. The view was epic. The housekeeping staff were the only accommodating and friendly people on site.

We stayed one night in the rooftop suite. The location of the hotel is beautiful with the beach right in front. Our suite was spacious and clean - 3 beds, though one is a loft and seemed fairly unsafe - huge shower and bathroom, and a full kitchen. The common area outside on the rooftop was a lovely place to relax but yes we had to keep our curtains closed for privacy once in our room. The noise from the bar downstairs was LOUD. They may as well have been playing on the rooftop outside our room. I guess we were lucky though as they stopped around 11:00. The beds and pillows were fine; not the most comfy we’ve had but also not the worst. I would recommend staying here if you’re a night life person but I agree with others that’s it’s more of a motel and not worth the high prices they charge. All in all though a lovely 24 hour experience in Sayulita. ❤️
