★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El personal fue muy amable, las habitaciones están en perfecto estado, las sábanas, cobijas y toallas muy limpias, camas cómodas, la vista es hermosa, aún cuando no te den habitación con vista se puede accesar en cualquier momento al balcón de la recepción, además se puede llegar fácil y rápido al centro. Es una muy buena opción.
The staff was very friendly, the rooms are in perfect condition, the sheets, blankets and towels are very clean, comfortable beds, the view is beautiful, even if they don't give you a room with a view, you can access the reception balcony at any time, also you can get to the center quickly and easily. It is a very good option.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente lugar para hospedarse, pidan la habitación con terraza ( $ 1000 pesos la noche), me gusto mucho mas la vista aquí que en el mirador de cristal.
Saliendo del hotel del lado izquierdo hay una tienda y un puesto de tacos es del mismo dueño, recomendado por si no quieren salir tan lejos. Muy buen servicio del personal
Excellent place to stay, ask for the room with a terrace ($1000 pesos per night), I liked the view here much better than in the glass gazebo.
Leaving the hotel on the left side there is a store and a taco stand owned by the same owner, recommended if you don't want to go that far. Very good service from the staff

While it is not luxury, the hotel is quite good, at least the rooms with a view are revamped, and at the moment they are very clean, have a great view, and the beds are comfortable.
For the price, this is almost unbeatable. Hopefully there will be a breakfast one day !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rooms are super comfortable, bathrooms are quite spacious and have hot water all the time. Staff is friendly but be aware that some online deals do not apply, most deals apply only to cheaper rooms that don't have views to the ravine, price difference between the ones that do is not that high so definitely go for the suites with outside view. Highly recommended to call them directly instead of using online booking apps.
