G	Geronimo Garcia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me encantó la temática del hotel. El personal es muy amable y las habitaciones se encuentra en excelentes condiciones. Recomendable. I loved the theme of the hotel. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are in excellent condition. Recommendable.
J	Jan Castillo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es la segunda ocasión que me hospedo en West Refugio y la calidad es más que consistente. Un excelente lugar para descansar cómodo y en silencio. Las habitaciones cuentan con Roku con diferentes plataformas de streaming. En comparacion a otros hoteles, el internet aqui es excepcional. En las 2 habitaciones en que me he quedado no hay un espacio para sentarse a trabajar, es lo único que pediría para mejorar la experiencia. No incluye desayuno, pero tienen un restaurante muy bueno a menos de 100 metros, sobre la avenida. Es una opción económica pero de alta calidad. Recomiendo totalmente. This is the second time I have stayed at West Refugio and the quality is more than consistent. An excellent place to rest comfortably and in silence. The rooms have Roku with different streaming platforms. Compared to other hotels, the internet here is exceptional. In the 2 rooms I have stayed in there is no space to sit down to work, it is the only thing I would ask to improve the experience. Does not include breakfast, but they have a very good restaurant less than 100 meters away, on the avenue. It is an economical but high quality option. I totally recommend.
P	Psic. Erika Hernández on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Está muy acogedor el lugar, Carlos es súper amable y la pasamos muy bien. Puedes hacer uso de la cocina y áreas comunes sin problema. La alberca está climatizada. En general me encantó. The place is very cozy, Carlos is super friendly and we had a great time. You can use the kitchen and common areas without problem. The pool is heated. Overall I loved it.

Te hacen sentir en casa todo el tiempo, el agua de la alberca está tibia lo cual es perfecto para los pequeñitos. Está a 4 cuadras del centro aproximadamente, cuenta con cocina, refri, cafetera, microondas y garrafón de agua para uso común. La atención es impecable y lo recomiendo para familias pequeñas que quieran relajarse y pasarlo muy bien Small place but full of details and very beautiful. They make you feel at home all the time, the pool water is warm which is perfect for the little ones. It is approximately 4 blocks from downtown, it has a kitchen, fridge, coffee maker, microwave and water bottle for common use. The attention is impeccable and I recommend it for small families who want to relax and have a good time
Y	Yashin Yadira Quijano Cárdenas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tienen alberca climatizada limpia y en buenas condiciones, hay opción para personas con discapacidad con una rampa muy inclinada y un escalón para entrar a la habitación pero dentro el espacio es grande, el baño bastante amplio, televisión por cable, Netflix y ofrecía Disney+ pero no pudimos acceder a el, tiene cocina compartida al exterior a la que puede accesar cualquiera todo está protegido con barda y un portón del que tiene llave cada habitación para que salgas y entre a la hora que guste. La temática es curiosa y muy cuidada, las instalaciones son buenas y dentro hay camas individuales según la opción de la habitación. They have a heated pool that is clean and in good condition, there is an option for people with disabilities with a very steep ramp and a step to enter the room but inside the space is large, the bathroom is quite spacious, cable TV, Netflix and Disney+ was offered but not We were able to access it, it has a shared kitchen to the outside that anyone can access, everything is protected with a fence and a gate to which each room has a key so that you can leave and enter at the time you like. The theme is curious and well cared for, the facilities are good and inside there are single beds depending on the option of the room.

E	Enrique Hernandez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The concept is very good they have place to grill the have kitchen , is pet friendly. How ever the pool at our arrival was out of level a silly dirty. The receptionist was very friendly. Over all good experience for weekend.
