★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La última vez que visite este lugar el servicio fue muy malo, las señoras que hacen la limpieza parecían de malas y la forma en la que contestaban eran muy groseras al igual que el chico que se encontraba en recepción.
 The last time I visited this place the service was very bad, the cleaning ladies seemed bad and the way they answered was very rude as well as the guy at the reception.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un hotel clásico, cuenta con habitaciones cómodas, el baño funcional, no es un hotel de 5 estrellas pero es placentero para dormir después de visitar el pueblo mágico.
La persona de recepción muy amable se porto.

It is a classic hotel, it has comfortable rooms, a functional bathroom, it is not a 5-star hotel but it is pleasant to sleep after visiting the magical town.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Woow!!! Tenía tiempo de no descansar tan bien!!! Me encantó el recibimiento de la gran chimenea!!! Nos proporcionó un calor bastante agradable y un aroma sin igual, las instalaciones son muy agradables y muy cómodas las camas. Recomendable!!!
wow!!! I had time not to rest so well!!! I loved the welcome of the large fireplace!!! It provided us with a quite pleasant heat and an incomparable aroma, the facilities are very pleasant and the beds very comfortable. Recommendable!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siempre tomen en cuenta que en el Oro es un lugar frío, las camas de este hotel son calientitas y algunas cuentan con chimenea sin embargo, es importante llevar ropa abrigadora. El hotel es tipo posada y eso me encantan porque preservan el lugar como las casas de antes con techos de teja y vigas de madera además de que es tranquilo, silencioso y te hace sentir que en verdad te desconectas de la ciudad. Refleja algunos deterioros pero siento que eso es por los años que lleva el lugar por lo tanto le da carácter.
Always keep in mind that El Oro is a cold place, the beds in this hotel are warm and some have a fireplace; however, it is important to bring warm clothing. The hotel is like an inn and I love that because they preserve the place like the houses of the past with tiled roofs and wooden beams, as well as being calm, quiet and making you feel that you really disconnect from the city. It shows some deterioration but I feel that this is due to the years that the place has been in place, therefore it gives it character.
