★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No sirvió el aire acondicionado, no llego el Internet a mi cuarto y estaba como a 6 metros del módem, la atención del restaurante no muy buena, el q recibe en la noche muy amable, la alberca limpia, bebidas alcoholicas muy bien, el pastito limpio y lindo, si agua caliente. No regresaría allí.

Tiene bonita fachada, lo único malo que no tiene agua caliente la regadera y los empleados de recepción no tienen sentido de urgencia, ya que le comentamos y nunca fueron a ver porque no salía agua caliente..... De perdido que mostrarán interés.... Los cuartos están cómodo, no para 4 ⭐ pero bueno dejemos en que esta bonito, no viendo esos detalles del personal.
The truth... It has a nice facade, the only bad thing is that the shower does not have hot water and the reception employees have no sense of urgency, since we told them and they never went to see why there was no hot water... lost that they will show interest.... The rooms are comfortable, not for 4 ⭐ but well let's leave it in that it is nice, not seeing those details of the staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy decepcionada del servicio, no me dejaron papel sanitario, con muy mal olor en las almohadas y colcha, sin servicio de desayuno ni cena y para el colmo con una televisión donde nunca le pude cambiarle de canal por qué se iva la señal de televisión, sin poder ver nada, la verdad me dejo mucho de sí este hotel espero mejoren su antencion
Very disappointed in the service, they did not leave me toilet paper, with a very bad smell on the pillows and bedspreads, no breakfast or dinner service and to top it off with a television where I could never change the channel because the television signal was gone, without being able to see anything, the truth is that this hotel left me a lot of itself, I hope they improve their attention

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy lindo el hotel, el personal muy atento, habitaciones limpias sólo había un detalle en la posición de la cama en la habitación quedaba justo bajo el aire acondicionado y goteaba en la orilla del colchón.
La alberca agradable aunque pequeña y la comida súper rica, con un buen sazón, 100% recomendable, nosotras pedimos filete empanizado, todo delicioso, hasta la ensalada y el agua, la trajeron tal como la pedimos.
Very nice hotel, very attentive staff, clean rooms, there was only one detail in the position of the bed in the room, it was right under the air conditioning and it leaked on the edge of the mattress.
The pool was pleasant, although small, and the food was super tasty, with good seasoning, 100% recommended. We ordered breaded steak, all delicious, even the salad and water, they brought it just as we asked.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went with a group of people and they kept changing some of the rooms, so people had to keep moving from room to room. Service not so good at cleaning rooms. Stayed there 6 nights and floor was never even swept and we had to ask to have the garbage taken out and given a new bag for it. Pool wasn't the cleanest either. Loved the outside courtyard though.
