OH MY GOSH! My wife was awarded a trip here for her job performance. We spent a luxurious week at this hotel and were in awe every second of the day. If I could afford this place in my own I'd be here every year on vacation. Felt like a dream it was so beautiful. Everything & everyone here was super accommodating & pleasant. I did 21 years in the Navy & never had an experience like this. It is truly its own paradise. You must come here.

Hands-down the best value. I have gone to other resorts in Cancun before but they do not compare to Arté. The food and the drinks are all top shelf. The buffet does not taste like buffet food it feels like you are going to a sit down restaurant and you are getting individualized meals. If you want to spend your entire trip on the resort there are plenty of activities and places for you to explore. If you want to travel and experience some of the best sites Cancun has to offer you can do that too and it’s included in your package they take care of tickets and transportation. FYI if you are doing any of the Xcaret parks you need to make a reservation well in advance like I’m talking 2 to 3 weeks before your trip to make sure you get tickets those slots fill up fast. I personally wanted to pick up some medication refills they can take care of that too. They contacted the pharmacy let them know what medication I needed and they had it delivered all I had to do was pay the medication and I left the tip for the delivery boy. I would 100% stay here again and I am going to stay here again I’m already booking my next trip for May.

I love this resort almost have a 5 out of 4 and I’ll explain why, I love all the access to the parks, restaurants, the employees, the cleanliness, it was truly a once of a lifetime experience but there were some down falls as well, we were told there was a show everyday at 7 pm and the one time we stayed at the hotel to check out the show which was on a Sunday there was nothing and we were very disappointed. Also access to our rooms was so much walking and I’m currently 6 months pregnant so there was no easier access to our rooms or a more convenient for me in this case, and lastly the bathtub inside our rooms they took forever to fill up we thought it had a problem since it was filling so slowly took about 1 hr to fill half way. But other than all that everything else was great. Hope one day we come again

I have been a Platinum member of Xcaret since 2018. I travel here twice yearly, I have gotten engaged here, send friends to enjoy the stay often, and still wish for more time here. This is the best resort in all of Mexico!!! When you include the 500 guest rooms, 3000 staff, endless drink and food options, multiple parks and all the good vibes... it is a priceless experience. The rooms are expensive so you wont see a lot of hot college students and drunk yahoos. What you will get is the classiest royal treatment that any hotel or resort can offer. Top drawer stuff here folks!!!

Honestly this was my first experience on this sort of vacation. I've got a lot of travel anxieties so its hard for me to convince myself to go on trips if any kind. With that said this was so amazing and I actually do want to travel to the Xcaret again. Everyone was so very nice and helpful. Every conversation I had with any of the staff at the hotel was incredibly positive, it was like talking to long time friends I hadn't seen in awhile. The hotel was beautiful and so very well taken care of, I could see a lot of effort and pride went into making it a true luxury experience. I loved the performances throughout the day and the concerts and plays at night. So many talented people!! There was so much to do at the hotel itself I wasn't able to do most of it. I'd love to go back to participate in the different artistic workshops. I didn't make it to most of the parks, but I did go to the Xenses park, which was pretty neat. If I'm able to go out there again I'm definitely going to try out a few more of the parks. Hopefully we can come out there again in a few years.

This was the best vacation I have ever been on. The resort was beyond impressive. Such a beautiful place. The employees offered genuine, friendly hospitality. The food was delicious-- so many amazing options. The bed was super comfortable and room and balcony were beautiful. I felt more relaxed than I had in years... YEARS! I hope to come back again!!

We have traveled many times through Mexico and the Caribbean and this was honestly the worst experience we have ever had at a resort. We ended up leaving after a day and a half as soon as our travel agent in the Sates was able to find us other accommodations. First of was check in, zero communication about the resort, food, really anything that you would want to know upon arriving. They then proceeded to tell me my ocean front room was an ocean view room(1/2 mile to the beach) but for an extra $2,000 I could upgrade. I felt extorted. Our first room had a broken toilet and our friends room didn’t have working AC and had a very musty bad odor. We ended up moving rooms but it wasn’t a good start. The strangest thing was their lack of hospitality and the way they treated us. It was almost like they didn’t like Americans. Their mask policy was not common since oriented at all and literally every employee that we encountered was more concerned about us wearing masks than anything else. It seems the policy was in your room, in the water, or seated at a table no mask required. Every where else they wanted a mask on you, even outside. The beach is very small and very rocky, not what we wanted. The worst thing was all pools and the beach closed at 7 pm and the employees strictly enforced this. Like I said we left to another resort and couldn’t be happier with the back half of our trip. We would not return to this hotel even if they paid me to go. Beware!

Everything is amazing. The best value for your dollar hands down. Food is wonderful, the resort is beautiful, can't say anything bad except one thing. The rooms are not well insulated for sound. If you're neighbor is having a loud conversation or music or television it goes right through the walls. Moving furniture is dropping hard things on the floor is heard from your upstairs neighbors. This is a pretty big oversight in construction that needs to be fixed. I took two stars for this one since two nights were interrupted by loud music in the wee hours from a neighbor. Their face mask policy is honestly stupid. Masks outdoors, honestly. Some staff won't even talk to you if you're not wearing it. I understand precaution but it's completely ridiculous here. Hands were sanitized multiple times between going into a restaurant and getting a table. Stop doing things just because you're told it's a good idea. Hotel ownership needs to have an intelligent thought or two about this one. Very large detractor from the experience.
