★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible! After arriving we saw our room and immediately went back to the front desk to cancel. The air was so humid, we could hardly breeze and there was no window in the room. I cannot remember I ever had such a room in a hotel that is pretty high rates. After complaining the manager didn't care at all and said we can leave if we want. And that we did....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last night was the first time I stayed at the beautiful Hotel Boutique Xelhua, but my parents had stayed there as well and absolutely loved their balcony room. It's right next to the pyramid and in the heart of Cholula. The only thing to be desired is better internet. That aside, you really can't ask for a better experience.

Would definitely stay there again.
