★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mande una solicitud de reserva a traves de Booking y ala media hora me ví en la penosa necesidad de no poder viajar, la mandé media hora y me respondieron dos días después y me aplicaron cargos por no presentarme cuando solicite y ellos nos estuvieron pendiente de su aplicación con booking
I sent a reservation request through Booking and within half an hour I found myself in dire need of not being able to travel, I sent it half an hour and they answered me two days later and they applied charges for not showing up when I requested and they were pending of their application with booking

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente Hotel, excelente servicio, buenos precios, estuvimos una semana, de lunes a domingo, le pedimos a la administración que si pueden incluir las 3 comidas en la factura porque no teníamos viáticos para ello y lo aceptaron, fueron $5,400.00 por todo!! Y la comida del restaurante es muy buena, la especialidad es el conejo, les recomiendo el conejo al pulque!! Yo por pedir algunas comidas a la carta pagué $400.00 de más. Se los recomiedo mucho!!
Excellent Hotel, excellent service, good prices, we stayed a week, from Monday to Sunday, we asked the administration if they can include the 3 meals in the bill because we did not have per diems for it and they accepted it, it was $5,400.00 for everything!! And the restaurant's food is very good, the specialty is rabbit, I recommend the rabbit with pulque! For ordering some a la carte meals I paid $400.00 more. I highly recommend them!!
