Queda aproximadamente a unos 10 minutos del centro de Zacatlan por lo que puedes dejar tu carro en su estacionamiento para recorrer el lugar. Considero que sus precios son accesibles, también tienen cabañas pero son más para grupos grandes de familias
 Your hotel rooms are nice, comfortable, and clean. It is approximately 10 minutes from the center of Zacatlan, so you can leave your car in its parking lot to explore the place. I consider that their prices are affordable, they also have cabins but they are more for large groups of families

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me gusto bastante el lugar. Siempre sale agua caliente. Las camas son duras pero estaba tan cansada que dormí toda la noche. Se escucha todo de las habitaciones contiguas y como que falta un poco de organización con los chicos de la recepción, pero de ahí en fuera es un muy buen lugar.
I quite liked the place. Hot water always comes out. The beds are hard but I was so tired I slept through the night. You can hear everything from the adjoining rooms and there is a lack of organization with the guys at the reception, but from then on it is a very good place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El complejo, hotel y cabañas, es un espacio que no está mal, está bonito, pero el personal de recepción no tiene amabilidad, ni es profesional y con contestaciones cortantes y frías, muy desagradables. El entorno del complejo son más casas y no hay una agradable vista desde la cabaña. Por otro lado el personal del SPA muy profesional y amable, así como la señora del restaurante amable y servicial. La cabaña estaba bien salvo algunos detalles que faltan. Admiten mascotas, pero luego todo son pegas. Nosotros decidimos no volver ni recomendar por el trato recibido por el personal de recepción, salimos muy molestos.
The complex, hotel and cabins, is a space that is not bad, it is nice, but the reception staff is not friendly, nor is it professional and with sharp and cold answers, very unpleasant. The surroundings of the complex are more houses and there is not a nice view from the cabin. On the other hand, the SPA staff very professional and friendly, as well as the friendly and helpful restaurant lady. The cabin was fine except for some missing details. They allow pets, but then everything is drawbacks. We decided not to return or recommend it because of the treatment received by the reception staff, we left very upset.
