★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Long time since I visited the hotel (maybe 15 years) and had a pleasant surprise. Rooms are remodeled, elegant, and highly recommended for a weekday or weekend. We used the hotel for a offsite meeting and service throughout 3 days of work were great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Could not recommend this place. WiFi is horrible, kicks you off every 5 minutes and makes you log in again. They change the password every day, but no one seems to know it. We arrived to no electricity, with no generator back up. The coffee maker was broken, the gas fireplace, which is the only heat, worked intermittently. The phone was also broken - couldn’t even call the front desk. The maid skipped our room during the day, and we had to get it cleaned at 8 pm. Not worth $200/night! Way better places to stay in Valle!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is beautiful. My room had a great view that made you feel like you are surrounded by the forest. This hotel could be a great place to relax. However, my room was close to the restaurant and you could hear the loud music coming from the kitchen until midnight even with the window closed. The WiFi didn't reach my room. The room didn't have hooks to hang towels or bathing suits.
The restaurant is fantastic and it has many beautiful terraces, but you are constantly surrounded by smokers. It would be great to have a designated non-smoking terrace.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a great time. Came for only two nights but were enough to enjoy the Spa and the lovely facilities. People were very friendly and the food at the restaurant was delicious. Within walking distance to Cascada de Velo de Novia, this is a perfect place to relax, recharge and be in touch with nature.

The area has nice amenities, kids friendly but overpriced for the room you get (almost 3900mxn for 2 person room and 20% discount), with a very simple breakfast, only and not a great service). There is a nice day-package where you come for breakfast and then you can stay there for the day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I come back to Valle de Bravo, a spa day at this golf course is a MUST DO. Two friends and I bought a package and enjoyed using the hot tub/cold tub, sauna, steam room, and the massages were wonderful. Highly recommend spending a few hours at the spa here!
