★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Erg netjes hotel om 2-3 nachten in Merida door te brengen. Personeel aan de receptie vond ik wat ongeïnteresseerd en leek er geen zin in te hebben. Even hallo zeggen was er ook niet vaak bij. Maar de kamers erg netjes, wel lang wachten op warm water. Wij hadden een kingsize bed en dat was wel erg fijn en werd tussentijds zonder vragen netjes opgemaakt.
Op de foto lijkt het een groot zwembad, maar het is eerder een klein dompelbadje voor kinderen. Een local leerde ons dat de meeste Mexicanen in het binnenland niet goed kunnen zwemmen en dat dus ook (bijna) nooit doen.
 Very neat hotel to spend 2-3 nights in Merida. I found the reception staff a bit disinterested and didn't seem interested. Saying hello was not often an option either. But the rooms are very neat, but a long wait for hot water. We had a king-size bed and that was very nice and was neatly made up without questions in the meantime.
In the photo it looks like a big pool, but it's more like a small plunge pool for children. A local taught us that most Mexicans in the interior cannot swim well and therefore (almost) never do.

But the Room was clean, and the service was very friendly.

Nice service.
Just Booking/Priceline charged us in the package and we were forced to pay again, on Dec 16 2022. Still waiting for our reimbursement. 200 dol. from Booking/Priceline.
The trip became a nightmare calling booking/ priceline... waisting our trip time and still waiting for the refund from our travel co... Uff!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked a room with a hot tub, when we got there , the room only had a jetted bathtub. Absolutely NO Hot water, we even called and asked prior to booking. We let the water run for a minimum of 20 minutes, waiting, waiting, waiting. No hot water. Turned the water off to the tub, turned it back on only to have it vomit out brown yuck! We were able to take a Luke warm shower for approximately 1 minute. Not lying.
No fridge in room.
No wash clothes.
No ice available.
Coffeemaker with COFFEE, NO CUPS! ?♀️
The mattress is like sleeping on a concrete block. Only 2 pillows on a king size bed.
By far, the worst hotel experience we have EVER HAD.
