★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un hotel atendido por una familia mu amable. Puedes pedir la comida en el restaurant y te la suben a la habitación. Además nos atendieron para cenar después de las 10 pm con servicio a la habitación. Sin duda muy amable el señor. Por otra parte, Si vas a pescar, estan a lado dos lugares de pesca deportiva y en el restaurante del hotel Mazatl te pueden preparar la trucha con un costo económico

Los precios son demasiado altos.
La comida no es nada buena y las porciones son rificulas.
No regresaré.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, no tiene mantenimiento, no te dejan toallas ni un jabón, te dicen que solo el shampoo que está en la regadera mejor vayan a Toluca demasiado caro para lo que es, pedimos una cobija (que cobraron) por qué no te dejan cobija y a pesar que la cama es king size te dejan la cobija matrimonial si quieres toallas adicionales también te las cobran
