★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un lugar tranquilo, el servicio es muy bueno, las habitaciones son cómodas y grandes, el único inconveniente es que en ocasiones la alberca está un poco sucia y ya, en escencia el hotel y restaurante son muy buenos y me encantó solo por la alberca.
 It is a quiet place, the service is very good, the rooms are comfortable and large, the only drawback is that sometimes the pool is a bit dirty and, in essence, the hotel and restaurant are very good and I loved it just for the pool .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estaría genial si ponen ventiladores en las habitaciones, cuando hice mi visita hacia demasiado calor. Al estar a pie de carretera es complicado encontrar transporte. Pero en general excelente atención y servicio.
It would be great if they put fans in the rooms, when I visited it was too hot. Being at the foot of the road, it is difficult to find transport. But overall excellent care and service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Faltaban botes de basura. Se ve que tuvieron fiesta antes porque la habitación todavía tenía colillas de cigarro. No había enchufe para colocar el celular más que en el baño. Faltaban utensilios como papel, toallas para las manos. No había pistola de aire. El agua de alberca no se veía limpia y no se diga la fuente estaba verde y mosquitos. El jacuzzi ni servía estaba abandonado. Para pasar la noche y de rápido está bien pero para pasar un fin de semana en Tenancingo hay mejores opciones.
Trash cans were missing. It looks like they had a party earlier because the room still had cigarette butts. There was no plug to put the cell phone except in the bathroom. Utensils such as paper, hand towels were missing. There was no air gun. The pool water did not look clean and not to mention the fountain was green and had mosquitoes. The jacuzzi didn't even work, it was abandoned. To spend the night and quickly it is fine but to spend a weekend in Tenancingo there are better options.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un hotel tranquilo, con poca gente, lo cual lo hace seguro en cuanto a covid. Es muy amplio y los niños pueden correr, jugar o estar en la alberca. La comida del restaurante es rica pero solo hay desayuno y comida, debes planear salir del hotel para cenar pero todo bien.
It is a quiet hotel, with few people, which makes it safe in terms of covid. It is very spacious and children can run, play or be in the pool. The food in the restaurant is delicious but there is only breakfast and lunch, you must plan to leave the hotel for dinner but everything is fine.
