★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tienen problemas con el wifi en la parte baja y alta. Se le comento al encargado y no dio solución. Tienen un despachador d agua que no le cambiaron el garrafón vacio. Se le comento al encargado y durante toda la estancia o semana no lo hizo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si van al FIG, mejor en el Hotel Suites México Plaza Campestre, queda a lado (con un mes de anticipación) caminas 5 kilometros de la entrada del Parque Metropolitana de León al evento, lo que vale la pena de los Alcatraces es el espacio, el agua caliente y quizá el cable, pero la limpieza y el servicio da mucho que desear con respecto al precio (una cosa es el ínternet y otra la realidad solo es el gancho) además que tiene el plus que te hospedas enfrente del cementerio para los amantes de las sensaciones paranormales.
If you go to the FIG, the best in the Hotel Suites Mexico Plaza Campestre, is next (one month in advance) you walk 5 kilometers from the entrance of the Metropolitan Park of León to the event, what is worth the Alcatraces is the space, the hot water and maybe the cable, but the cleaning and the service give much to be desired with respect to the price (one thing is the Internet and another reality is only the hook) plus it has the plus that you stay in front of the cemetery for the lovers of paranormal sensations.
