The place is very clean, the staff very friendly, except for the guy who is at the reception at night, very rude and arrogant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yaakun Ya'ab was an excellent option for hotel in Ciudad del Carmen. Personnel was kind anytime. Excellent service. Infrastructure is very new; rooms are comfortable and really clean. Very nice home-made style cooking, I loved specially the traditional Mexican buffet!!
Everybody there made us feel as home…
I really hope I can come back soon :)
