Reservé con bastante antelación (poco más de un mes) dos habitaciones y al llegar al hotel, ni siquiera querían decirme qué estaba pasando y por qué no podía pasar a mis habitaciones reservadas y pagadas. Hasta después de preguntar un par de veces, me dijeron que todas las habitaciones estaban ocupadas, no habían respetado mis reservaciones. Pésima administración. Por lo menos me devolvieron todo mi dinero, pero ni siquiera había un recepcionista o encargado del hotel que nos resolviera, lo tuvo que hacer el chef del restaurante de al lado, con el mismo nombre del "hotel". Nos tuvieron esperando más de una hora para devolvernos el dinero. No tienen área de estacionamiento, por lo que estacionamos el auto al lado del hotel en una calle medio fea y pregunté si era seguro y me dieron una respuesta tan ambigua y condescendiente que me hizo sentir muy insegura. Tuve que estar buscando a las 9 de la noche dónde quedarme por culpa de este pésimo servicio. No intentaría volver NUNCA.
WATCH OUT. ZERO PROFESSIONALS. I was cheated. I booked well in advance (just over a month) two rooms and when I got to the hotel, they didn't even want to tell me what was going on and why I couldn't move on to my reserved and paid for rooms. Even after asking a couple of times, they told me that all the rooms were taken, they had not honored my reservations. Terrible administration. At least they gave me all my money back, but there wasn't even a receptionist or hotel manager to solve it for us, it had to be done by the chef of the restaurant next door, with the same name as the "hotel". They kept us waiting for over an hour to get our money back. They don't have a parking area, so we parked the car next to the hotel on a rather ugly street and I asked if it was safe and they gave me such an ambiguous and condescending answer that it made me feel very insecure. I had to be looking at 9 at night where to stay because of this terrible service. I would NEVER try to go back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad service: our shower wasn't working and nothing was done over the three nights we stayed there for it to be fixed. Sewer smell, dirty and stained sheets, photos not at all like what you will find there. And what's worse, a super rude hostess who's never there, hung up on us when we tried to find a solution for not having a working shower and promised a refund that never ever came. Much better option closer to town and cheaper, just don't go there.
