Great location, pool, and balconies with an elevator, but honestly this hotel is very overpriced. The rooms are large but sterile, lacking any Mexican character. Kitchen utensils are bare bones, inconsistent hot water, AC issues, etc. that shouldn’t exist at this price point.

We spent four amazing nights at Ysuri - everything was top notch! You can’t beat the location, just out of reach of the chaotic city center. You can’t beat the view - infinity pool into the ocean. And you can’t beat the giant rooms with huge opening slider doors, Wi-Fi, and ample air conditioning. Eli and the team were very welcoming and informative, which we appreciated. We can’t wait to come back!

This hotel is in such a great location! It’s just slightly out of town so it’s doesn’t get the noise from the crowds on the street. But, it’s still close enough that you can walk anywhere you want to and it only adds a few minutes! The beach is directly across the street! We also loved the overall vibe of the hotel, the outdoor spaces were beautiful and lush, there are plenty of pool chairs so you’re not left searching for one, and the staff is very very friendly! The things this hotel is lacking are not a huge issue, but would make the stay more comfortable. We booked the last room available, which was a “garden view suite”. That description is a bit of a stretch…. These rooms have no balcony which is fine because we didn’t spend much time in the room. It was essentially a mattress on a wood bed frame, two tiny bedside tables and a chair. There is no dresser, and nothing to set your luggage on. The bed has no headboard, there are no bedside lights. No art or anything on the walls, just white paint. The bathroom is similar. No hairdryer, two towels and two hand towels plus some little soaps. No hairdryer or any other little essentials. Additionally, we found the hotel to be VERY loud, especially on Friday night when someone near-ish our room had a raging party. You can hear EVERYTHING! And because no one works there at night, no one came to stop it. I did text the number they gave us but got no response. The pool is so lovely, but if you want food you have to go to the Tabule Beach Club to order it (across the street) and the menu is limited. They also play the same playlist every day. So overall, this is a good place to stay. It’s walking distance from everything, it clean and it’s got a beautiful pool. But, it’s not quite the luxury hotel it presents it self as.

We found this place on out last day in Mexico and I loved so much. Everyone is very professional and polite especially Lennon he made sure we had everything I asked and he had my room early. We definitely come back again.

Lovely property! Rooms had balconies and views of the sea, and a wonderful infinity pool with a view of the ocean as well. Staff was very attentive and accommodating, they were the highlight of the stay. Short, easy walk (less than 3 blocks) to the downtown/square area while still feeling private.

Flawless hotel. We got the Junior Suite with Balcony and it offered views of the ocean, easy access to the pool, and a quick 5-minute walk into Sayulita. The pool is absolutely incredible; I could have spent my whole vacation looking at the ocean from the Hotel Ysuri pool. The staff is attentive, the room was magnificent, and the location was unbeatable. Literally zero reasons to complain about this place. Thank you!

Ysuri is the best hotel in town and the perfect place to experience Sayulita. It is located right on the beach with amazing ocean views. it is away from the noise of the city center (especially at night) but easy to get to (5 mins walk to all the restaurants and bars). The staff is super nice and helpful. The rooms are very spacious, clean and all new. The pool is good and overlooking the ocean. The hotels offers complimentary sunbeds on the beach as well as a private and closed car park.

This was the perfect hotel, a very beautiful half mile walk into the center of town, and steps to the beach. Don't bother renting a golf cart, it'll be more trouble than it's worth getting around town. I got a 30 min massage from the hotel after my flight and it was perfection. You can eat breakfast at the hotel's restaurant right across the street, then step onto the beach and rent lounge chairs and umbrellas for the day. The friendly restaurant staff is attentive and the beach side service is great. Clean, lovely property, helpful staff. Highly recommended!
