V	Virginia Ibañez G on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se tardan en entregar habitación (3 pm). Pero aún con este detalle puedes hacer uso de las albercas en el momento que ingresaste al complejo vacacional. Muy limpias las instalaciones. They are late in delivering room (3 pm). But even with this detail you can use the pools the moment you enter the resort. Very clean facilities.

Cuando nos entregaron la habitación, arreglada y con lo necesario para hacernos el check-in, debajo de una de las literas veía la basura acumulada de huéspedes anteriores, que podía verse a una distancia no tan cercana. Se reportó y sin mayor problema lo solucionaron. Lo que hay que mencionar, es la falta de organización y comunicación con los huéspedes que antes de sus eventos nacionales de deportes, se encuentran haciendo uso de las instalaciones del complejo vacacional. Y es más válido el reclamo, cuando llevan años realizando dichos evento, sin importarles la comodidad y bienestar de los huéspedes quiénes antes ya se encontraban ahí. Ojo, si están abiertos al público en general, deben mejorar a pasos agigantados su logística, pues por atender a algunos, quedan mal con la mayoría. Un lugar público, en un día y son aviso previo lo convierten en público y elitista. Good attention and very timely by the staff, butooooooo ....
