C	Christian Trejo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nada que ver con las imágenes, la atención de la recepcionista nefasta, no te dejan entrar antes de las 3 a pesar de no haber nadie, son pocos los cuartos que tienen AC y sin TV, muy viejo y descuidado y por el servicio hay hoteles más baratos Nothing to do with the images, the nefarious receptionist's attention, they don't let you in before 3 despite there being no one, there are few rooms that have AC and no TV, very old and neglected and for the service there are hotels cheaper
G	Germán Torres Santiago on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio por parte del personal de recepción, no te pueden dar una información clara, reservamos por internet por un precio y llegando al hotel elevan los precios, sus habitaciones que nada que ver con las imágenes, no tienen agua caliente, no cumplen con los servicios básicos por el precio que tienen yo creo que debe ser decente el servicio pero bueno… NO SE HOSPEDEN ACÁ!!! Terrible service by the reception staff, they cannot give you clear information, we book online for a price and when we arrive at the hotel they raise the prices, their rooms have nothing to do with the images, they do not have hot water, they do not comply with the basic services for the price they have I think the service should be decent but well… DO NOT STAY HERE!!!
L	Lorena Gutierrez Camilo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, hay cucarachas en las habitaciones, no hay agua caliente te dicen que están arreglando pero durante 4 días que estuve no lo hicieron me salí y pedí reembolso de los días que me faltaban y me dijeron que si y es la fecha que no lo han hecho. El personal no está capacitado nunca sabe cómo ayudarte . Terrible service, there are cockroaches in the rooms, there is no hot water they tell you that they are fixing it but for 4 days that I was there they did not do it, I left and asked for a refund of the days that I was missing and they told me yes and it is the date that they do not have made. The staff is not trained never knows how to help you.

No hay agua caliente. Nadie te da soluciones. El baño Muy sucio con animales en el inodoro. No es recomendable. Very bad service. Deplorable facilities. Cockroaches everywhere. The price is exaggerated for the service they offer. The pool very dirty. There is no hot water. Nobody gives you solutions. Very dirty bathroom with animals in the toilet. It is not recommended.
L	L A on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Value for your money. No frills but very clean and has a nice pool. Hot water! Across the road from the beach. Would stay again. However there's some issues with booking online without a local credit card. Contact prior to arrival to confirm the booking.
P	Paul Bilodeau on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice hotel with a nice pool, nice room, & nice personnel that were polite and quite flexible with us. The place is big and real quiet day & night. Just a short walking distance to the restaurants and bars. The rooms were kept clean & tidy. The beach which is on the other side of the street is immense. Very few people on them so you can stake your claim anywhere. We had a real nice stay. Thanks (Paul) or Jack & Cori
