M	Maura Sallard on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unas habitaciones muy nuevas y limpias, el lugar es encantador y te ofrecen café, pan, leche, gelatina para si quieres desayunar, se puede descansar muy bien. A very new and clean rooms, the place is charming and they offer you coffee, bread, milk, gelatin if you want to have breakfast, you can rest very well.

Simplemente sobrevendieron habitaciones. Solo espero me hagan mi devolución cómo se debe. They did not respect a reservation I made through a website arguing that they had unsubscribed from the page, I know that if you unsubscribe you stop appearing there. They simply overbooked rooms. I just hope I get my refund how it should be.

Es temporada alta en Morelia y todos los hoteles están copados, por lo q nos quedamos sin alojamiento!!! Pésimo servicio de reserva, no recomiendo alojarse en este Hotel. We booked a room in August, and they wrote us a few days ago to cancel us xq about sold the rooms! It is high season in Morelia and all the hotels are full, so we were without accommodation! Bad booking service, I do not recommend staying at this Hotel.
M	Miguel Garcia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy acogedor, muy tranquilo y bien ubicado, les recomiendo pidan vista a la calle, en la noche pueden abrir la habitación y balconear 1rato con unos buenos tragos, el personal super amable y atentó parece que estas en tu casa, el detalle es que no cuenta con estacionamiento y debes dejar tu vehiculo en la calle Very cozy, very quiet and well located, I recommend you ask for a view to the street, at night you can open the room and balconeta 1rato with a few good drinks, super friendly staff and tried it seems that you are at home, the detail is that has parking and you must leave your vehicle on the street

Buena ubicación también! Le doy un 9.8 The treatment of the owner was excellent, the room with tub (although it lacks a lot of ventilation and smells musty) is very comfortable, in the morning they put coffee break with sweet bread. Good location too! I give it a 9.8

(no tienen armarios o cajoneras amplias para guardar ropa) Sería bueno que lo mejoraran. Aunque si tengo unas cuantas quejas del lugar. El servicio de limpieza en habitación es un verdadero asco. No limpian los cuartos para nada y puedo apostar que ni siquiera cambian las sabanas. No hay recepción en el hotel y el gerente por lo general no se encuentra, la persona que se encuentra en apoyo de los clientes es una mujer con una despotismo que es molesto para los huéspedes. Estuve unas dos noches en el hotel, la segunda fue una verdadera tortura; se les había tapado el drenaje y como resultado el hotel fue inundado por un hedor nauseabundo por horas. It is not too bad or too well for hire a room in this Hotel, if you want to stay in it only for one night is acceptable, but not recommended for a long shot. Surely are other better options. the prices are cheap, but be aware of the Hygiene of the rooms. Usually are pigsty due to only woman responsible for it is as lazy as a potato and arrogant as the gerent of the hotel which most of the time is not available for fix a problem or give a solution to a doubts. To be frank: it is not as good as it is bad. The prices are reasonable for what they offer. The rooms are spacious but lack furniture. (They do not have wardrobes or large drawers to store clothes) It would be good if they improved it. Although I do have a few complaints about the place. The cleaning service in the room is a real disgusting. They don't clean the rooms at all and I can bet they don't even change the sheets. There is no reception at the hotel and the manager is usually absent, the person who is in support of the clients is a woman with a despotism that is annoying to the guests. I was at the hotel for about two nights, the second was a real torture; The drain had been clogged and as a result the hotel was flooded with a foul stench for hours. M	Miguel Ruiz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un buen hotel enclavado en el centro historico es la hermicicima cuidad de los palacios virreinales de la capital purepecha.visitar su catedral es un placer estetico incomparable,con su gente hermosa y hospitslaria,este hotel es como un hostal pequeño pero agradable muy confortanles sus habitaciones y bien equipadas,la verdad el conocer sus instalacines fue una grata experiencia!!.solo bueno no vi si tenian area de restaurant y un varecito?la verdad siendo honesto como llegamos tarde y salimos temprano no vi pero como esta en el mero meri centro !!! No lo ocupa!! Hay todo y es economico y de calidad exelente lugar para hospedarse!! Trato calido y amable de su personal!!! It does not occupy it! There is everything and it is economical and of excellent quality place to stay !! Warm and friendly treatment of your staff !!!
